A major interest of mine during my professional career was how diet and fitness affects health and body weight. So I made it my mission to educate my patients on eating a healthy diet and getting sufficient exercise each day.
I write on more than one website on these topics, with this being a newer venture for me. My aim is to provide more useful information purely on diet and fitness that I have accumulated over many years to help people to manage their weight and health.
